Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item received was not as described
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be returned in its original condition

Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns for:

- Orders damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is approved because the item arrived damaged or was not as described, Mensot may cover the return shipping costs when applicable.
